Hey, how was your week?
Quick note, since we’ve got a bunch of new subscribers here – this newsletter isn’t meant to motivate you or push gyan.
It’s for people already working towards something.
I share my weekly execution log.
You might find a takeaway or two. That’s the whole point.
Last week was special
I publicly launched my personal website, and honestly, the response surprised me (in a good way).
While planning the launch, I shared my GTM plan with ChatGPT and asked if I had missed any channels.
The response was: No. In fact, you might be overdoing it.
Fair.
But this has always been my approach – when you’re doing something for the first time, shoot every arrow from your quiver.
First one hits? Doesn’t matter. See if you can repeat it.
End of the day, it was fun.
It gave me a reason to talk to friends after a while – even if the conversations were about CRO, AI slop in copy, and yes, design.
Why the website?
My first blog in college was called Random Writer (not confident enough to link it)
I never wanted to box myself into one topic or win authority in a niche.
I was writing because I enjoyed writing.

This website is the same idea.
It’s a home for the chaos in my head.
Roughly:
80% marketing, SaaS, growth
20% personal finance, personal growth, productivity, and things I find interesting
The design bit
A friend of mine helped me with the site design.
I didn’t give him instructions on colors, fonts, or layouts.
I just explained:
What a personal website means to me
The kind of content I’ll share
What I want users to do
He said, I know you well. Let me design something based on that.
We discussed it once.
No revisions.
We shipped.
His logic (apparently):
Yellow + blue for energy
Black + white for the formal side
Scribbles for too many thoughts
Checkers because I like bullets and structure
Was he flattering me to sell the design? Maybe.
I still said okay.
| About the launchI’ve spent the last 5 months building distribution.Still, I didn’t expect this: Visitors from 13 countries.India, USA, Canada – expected. Poland, Finland, Ireland, Germany, Oman – didn’t see that coming. |
A friend messaged me after my first newsletter saying:
Love that you’re putting in effort even if it’s just 8 subscribers.
Two weeks later, we’re at 50+.
The idea stays the same:
Work on what’s in your control.
Results aren’t linear.
But they compound fast if you show up every week.
